combatised post and the certificate issued from Amritha
Institute of Medical Science, Kochi ... fitness for routine life activities, which
may not be applicable for a combatised post in BSF.
3. In that view of the matter, the request

Petitioners are Combatised group 'C' and 'D' employees (non-
ministerial ... India, had
ordered payment of the allowance to all civilian (non-combatised) eligible
Hospital staff and also to Combatised staff, who were parties
recommended and the Government
accepted pay and allowances of combatised personnel of
Assam Rifles on the Army pattern based on the existing
rank structure
clauses 19 and 21 of
the Policy Guidelines For Deputation of Combatised
CAPF & AR Personnel in other organizations, 2016,
and other remedy there against
that since
CRPF is a para-military force, all posts are 'combatised' and that the
upper age limit is 25 years. As stated
Ministerial/Hospital cadres, including Group 'D' posts have
been combatised and a person who has already been declared medically
unfit cannot be employed ... Central
Government issued a notification under Section 47 exempting combatised
personal of the C.R.P.F. from the operation of the said provision
petitioners therein sought a direction to constitute a medical
board consisting of combatised medical officers and independent medical experts.
The learned Single Judge, before whom
direct Respondents 3 to 6 to constitute a Medical Board consisting of
combatised medical officers and independent experts from Government
Medical College, Trivandrum for conducting
