The cause of death in this case is due to comma .
After going through FSL report and Histopathological study
report , it is opined ... that the cause of death was due to comma
caused by Cranio cerebral injury (head injury) by the means
of hard blunt and forceful impact
because of increasing Jaundice leading to
Hepatic Comma and Unconsciousness. Expert opinion was sought by the
investigating agency from the Medical Superintendent, Kasturba
Hospital ... deceased Ms. Hemlata died because of increasing Jaundice leading to
Hepatic Comma and Unconsciousness and that there was no evidence
stated that the injured remained in the hospital under
Comma till 22.06.05. The condition of the injured was not
improving. The doctors told the petitioners ... come in the
testimony of PW1 that the deceased remained in Comma and became 100%
permanent disabled and died on 12.01.08. On going through
with
laceration of right lobe of liver.
Opinion:
Cause of death was comma and heamorrghic shock as a result of head

IN
deposed that the
cause of death was comma as a result of head injury subsequent to
road side accident. He deposed that all the injuries

postmortem report cause of death was comma which resulted on account
