Rule 10 of Order 39 and thus the legislative intent behind incorporating
comma after each sub-rule of Order 39 is that against an order ... vehemently contended by Mr.
Banerjee that the legislature has used comma which means that the order
passed under each of the rules quoted therein
digits shall be divided in groups of two and neither dots nor commas shall be inserted in the spaces intervening between such groups of digits ... groups of three, starting from the decimal point and neither dots nor commas shall be inserted in the spaces intervening between such groups of digits
