common open plot of the society, pending the admission,
hearing and final disposal of this petition;

that the
original plot holder i.e. petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 had by
letter dated 23.6.2003 handed over common plot as
well ... constructing Anganwadi upon the said common plot.
It is stated by those residents that the common plot
has remained unutilized since last 17 years
exemption from obtaining licence in certain situations
including where 20% of the plots were carved out and sold or agreed
to be sold prior ... colonizer to reserve land for
roads, open spaces, schools, public and community buildings and
other common uses in the layout plan of the colony
plot.
If the cost of the plot has to be worked
out, the cost relating to proportionate
share in the common/service areas (roads,
parks ... plot. With reference to the
cost worked out by the Society, if 40% is
added, the increased cost of plot would be
