purchased by her mother-in-law, being C.S. Plot Nos. 2172, 2173 and

meter for open space. While coming
to the aforesaid conclusion, the High Court considered a
sale deed dated 11.12.1982 for an open space
admeasuring ... increase of compensation, in so far as open space is

concerned, stands rejected by this common judgment
and order.
