4. On the side of the complainant, PW1 was examined and Exhibits
service was dismissed by the lower forum directing him to pay compensatory cost of Rs. 10,000/- to the opposite parties. Aggrieved by the Order ... case canvassed by the complainant dismissed his complaint with compensatory cost of Rs. 10,000/- to the opposite parties. Complainant has, therefore, preferred this appeal
Forum further directed the complainant to
pay Rs.5000/- towards compensatory cost.

is the contention of complainant that he learnt that the pump
Bhoite in medical treatment to the
complainant, stood dismissed along with compensatory cost of Rs.1,000/- levelled
on the complainant and feeling aggrieved thereby ... treatment of the complainant. The
complaint is malafide, as such compensatory costs were pressed.
We heard Mr.J.I. Shaikh, Advocate for the appellant
liable to be dismissed with
compensatory cost. The complaint filed by the complainant before
this Commission is also not maintainable as the complainant ... complaint and hence the complaint is liable to be dismissed
with compensatory cost. The complainant is engaged in commercial
activities and hence this Commission
vexations and deserves to be dismissed or
disposed of with compensatory costs as the complainant had filed this complaint
with ulterior motives and malafide intention ... stated that the complaint is deserves to be dismissed
with compensatory costs on the ground of non-disclosure of material facts and
intentionally not disclosed
complaint is frivolous and
vexatious and hence it be dismissed with compensatory cost of
Rs.10,000/-.
4. Opposite party No.2 also raised preliminary ... brief. He therefore submitted that
complaint may be dismissed with compensatory cost of Rs.10,000/-.

3. Before the Forum, the complainant gave oral evidence as PW1. Exts ... malafide, frivolous and vexatious which deserved to be dismissed with compensatory costs. However the Forum refrained from ordering compensatory costs since the complainant appeared
file of CDRF, Kollam. The complaint stands dismissed with compensatory cost of Rs.2500/- to be paid to the opposite party.
