3.1 Applicant requests that this is a composite application under
section 216 Cr.P.C and 173(8) Cr.P.C , this court

keeping in mind the circumstances that there is likelihood of the
detenu being released on bail. Merely because no bail application

would constitute to be relevant material for arriving

6. Section 621A of the Companies Act reads as follows:-
