hence, the petitioner was under the impression that he was under compulsory wait. Hence, there is no fault on the part of the petitioner

of permitting her to join duty as a period of compulsory wait and grant
her all consequential benefits.

2. When the matter is taken
period from 25.10.1989 to 04.12.1991 as
of duty or as compulsory wait and directing the Respondents to pay salary
for the said period.

treating the said period as compulsory wait and to pay all service and other
consequential benefits legally entitled ... petitioner from
11.12.2010 to 15.05.2011 by treating the said period as compulsory wait and
to pay all service and other consequential benefits legally entitled
with the job
and he was continued to be kept under compulsory wait.
2. The appellant has also approached this Court by way of writ ... payment of salary by keeping the writ petitioner
under compulsory wait. Without doing so, rejecting the request would
only amount to non-compliance
