Wait", the petitioner has lost valuable salary for those 10 days and the
petitioner
allowances is
unjustified. He has been kept under compulsory wait from 14.10.2016 without
any disciplinary action and hence is eligible for pay and allowance ... period
of compulsory wait. Action under Rule 12 of CCS was initiated on 5.6.2018
whereas the rule can be invoked only if the Govt. Servant
Commissioner, Coal
Mines Provident Fund Organisation has been put on "compulsory
wait till further orders", he has approached this Court.
