18. The High Court exercises concurrent
jurisdiction under section 439 of Cr.P.C. The Session ... Judge while exercising jurisdiction under section 439 of
Cr.P.C. has given cogent reasons for rejecting the bail.
While exercising concurrent jurisdiction, there cannot

and both Parliament and the State Legislatures acquired
