namely one Rangan belonged to the Scheduled Caste community ... conditional patta, the original assignee should not encumber or alienate the
property to any other upper community people, but the father of the
petitioner

transfer/alienate or sell/mortgage the property
parties have colluded with the fourth respondent/Tahsildar and
changed the conditional Patta in their names, by creating forged and

the conditional patta land, which was issued in favour of their grandfather,
