5. Mr. R. Sridhar, learned counsel for the petitioner,
referring
along with staff caught them and
seized Samsung Mobile Phone and Condoms packets of different
companies from their possession. Thus, the petitioners herein,
accused
compromising position on the spot. On searching
they found an unused condom, one cell phone and Honda
Glamour motocycle and seized the same from
found on the spot. On searching they found an unused
condoms, three cell phone and cash of Rs.1300/- and seized
the same from
handedly caught by the police and seized mobile phones 8 in
number, condom packets 4 in number and cash
rescued them. The police seized the
amounts, mobile phones and Condoms etc. The said rooms in Polo
Service Apartments were booked
kept her in that room and accused No.1 provided some
condoms. They also took adjacent room in the said hotel and they
