According to the prosecution story, the appellant Vinod Verma,
made a confessional statement, Ex. P.7 and accordingly, 7 counterfeit
Stamp Papers were seized from ... family members of the accused, and the accused after making
confessional statement, takes out the counterfeit stamp papers from
his house, then
have been recorded. They denied the charges and urged that
the confessional statements have been recorded against each of them

recorded under section 32 of POTA from which as per the prosecution
