conjointly committed dacoity. He, however, did not name Sunil @ Chittu
but claimed six miscreants had got down from the train after ... four appellants, one Chittu @ Sunil
Mondal and Sk. Motaleb were also present conjointly committed the
dacoity. P.W. 5 who is a wholesaler of fried
witnesses. He was quarrelling with the deceased. A number of
persons conjointly assaulted the deceased. P.W. 6 was in her house
present order shall be read conjointly with the order
dated 21.07.2022.

Dying Declarations is that incident
happened at 3.00 a.m. A conjoint reading of two Dying
Declarations show that in respect of an incident that
know that Kaushik Das, Shankar Banik, Sajar Sarkar, and
4/5 others conjointly kidnapped his son and kept him in
their custody. From different people ... informant that Kaushik
Das, Shankar Das, Sajal Sarkar, and 4/5 others conjointly
kidnapped his son. The informant thus prayed for proper
investigation.

held that on the date of occurrence, the
appellants had conjointly sexually assaulted the victim (P.W.5)
near Kaunala rivulet and the very conduct

Conjoint attack on the victim was inhuman and extensive injuries were
found on her body
