earlier 'term sentence' but a subsequent 'term sentence'
is to run concurrently with an earlier 'term sentence' or 'life ... term sentence' in respect of any other offence which
remains unserved/executed, in case any such 'term sentence' was supposed to
consecutively

the Committee for more than two consecutive terms.
