was the consignment agent and M/s Roma Pharma was the stockist of
M/s Organon (India) Ltd. In the month
plaintiff was appointed as the super stockist by way of
a letter dated 20.01.2003 and two consignments of the abovesaid
products worth ... dispatched to the plaintiff and
the plaintiff as the super stockist had accepted the consignment and
paid the consignment amount. The plaintiff put forth
booked and transferred their stock from Ghaziabad to
its stockist at Kota (Rajasthan). The consignment of colour picture tunes
