defective construction work to residential house of
complainant. There is recital in affidavit that deponent
uprooted earlier construction work and completed fresh
construction work ... complainant properly. There is recital in affidavit that

nature. There is recital in affidavit that deponent advised

mistakes either in the
form of wrongful framing of questions or defective
construction of answer key. As many as 31 questions had
