aware if any person was
present outside the premises since he was not present at spot and was
also not aware of the conduct ... conclusive evidence led by the complainant to show that the
registered consumer was aware as of the fact that the unit was being
offered to the consumer or his
representative. It can be concluded that consumer was not aware when
the meter will be tested in the laboratory ... whether the
consumer is present in the laboratory to see the testing or not. There is
no evidence that consumer was aware about the date
accused has applied for a fresh
connection.
6. He is not aware if consumer had lodged a complaint on
