bill giving rise to Complaint Case ... order dated 02.08.2002 placed at Annexure-2 by the
District Consumer Forum, Purnea requiring the Board to serve a
revised electricity bill to the complainant
procedure under Section 126 of the Act, therefore, the Consumer had
approached the Consumer Forum for redressal of his grievances ... such action, the petitions preferred by the
consumer are not maintainable before the Consumer Disputes Redressal
Forum.

respondent-Consumer has an alternative statutory remedy, which he
did not avail of but, instead, approached the Consumer Forum by
