observed thus:-

soon as the interim stay came to be vacated the respondents, taking advantage of the period of stay during which they were restrained from issuance ... have been hauled up for committing contempt of court. The language employed in the interim orders of stay is also such that it had completely
enjoy the benefit of stay ignoring and defying the term as to payment of money. The Company is thus in contempt of the order ... itself of the contempt.
