Court had directed the Tribunal to hear the application for stay of the
contempt proceedings, irrespective of rejection of such application on the ground ... applications of the

28. Accordingly, petitioners in Writ Petition
during which period the
execution of that order was stayed. Contempt Petition No.43/2006 was finally
disposed on 24.09.2008 granting liberty to take such
arrears
deserves to be deferred and proceedings in contempt stayed for a
period of three months from today
