contract killer – Joginder Singh Sodhi allegedly travelled to
the site of occurrence to murder ... Sachin Bansal on 29.03.2006.
15. On 30.03.2006, Joginder Singh Sodhi - the contract killer
was arrested.
The Test Identification Parade (“TIP”) was conducted on
10.04.2006. Joginder
existing enmity with the victim, the
accused respondents hired the contract Killer, Vicky @ Kartoos,
to kill the victim and that he was killed ... victim. It is also
submitted that Vicky @ Kartoos is a contract killer/sharpshooter
and has numerous cases against him and is a history sheeter
wanted
Lakhanbhaiyya. The
prosecution case is that the appellants were engaged as contract killers by a
private person to eliminate the deceased.
5. The case ... allegation against them is that they functioned as contract killers. Their
version that Ramnarayan Gupta was shot in a police encounter has been
found
which ultimately resulted in hiring of accused No. 2 as a contract killer
on payment of Rs.11 lakhs to eliminate him. The learned counsel ... allegation that the appellant
provided the finance in hiring the contract killer has no semblance of
truth inasmuch as it is manifest from the statement
opponent and the police officers and the staff acted as contract killers for
them. The Court warned policemen that they would not be excused

5. According to the prosecution, Balbir Singh had hired the contract killers
for eliminating Jasbir Singh alias Tota for arranging marriage of his
daughter

against the accused. The accused is alleged to be a
contract killer and a sharpshooter. In fact, previously, the
accused has been prosecuted
deceased along with Ms.Vanita and took her to Ramtek. A
contract killer is alleged to have been hired by the accused
to murder ... deceased. As the alleged contract killer did
not reach on that day, the criminal conspiracy hatched by
