provisions of the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Pension) Rules ... that they would be governed by

the New Contributory Pension Scheme, thereby excluding the
applicability of the Rules of 1976. Being aggrieved, the
petitioners
with a stipulation that they would be governed by the
New Contributory Pension Scheme, thereby rendering the
provisions of the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Pension) Rules ... that they would be governed by

do not permit payment of both contributory pension and CPF by the Central
Government.

3. Brief facts of the case ... petitioner, the case of the petitioner was considered under
the New Contributory Pension Scheme, and he was allotted Permanent
Retirement Account Number under the said
