original PhD

the Convocation as and when it is held, and thereafter

instead of the provisional degree certificate."
19. We have heard learned counsels for the parties. We have also
student who had graduated in 2017 was not being issued his degree
certificate. In the said case, the Court had observed as under ... holding the convocation on an
annual basis in the same year when the student
passes out. It is unheard of that the convocation is
