Corrigendum'. The word 'Corrigendum' is stated to have been derived from a
Latin word corriggere which means "to correct ... issuance of
corrigendum, permissibility to issue corrigendum without issuance of
notices to affected parties and failure to record reasons for correcting the
original order
given. Hence, an
application was filed for the issue of Corrigendum so as to correct the area of
the land to 823.72 sq. mtrs ... that arose for consideration was whether by the
impugned Corrigendum, the Competent Authority has merely corrected a
typographical error or whether it amounts to review
