criminal conspiracy in the illegal acts of counterfeit
Government Stamps at Bengaluru and other parts of
Karnataka, in a systematic
records reveal that
upon the voluntary disclosure of accused No.6, the
counterfeit stamps worth Rs.150,49,59,000/- were

stamps in Bengaluru and other places of Karnataka. The

and circulate counterfeit stamps. That in criminal
conspiracy with the other accused, he used the services
part
and parcel of the ill-gotten wealth, from the sale of
counterfeit stamps.
