"489-B. Using as genuine, forged or counterfeit currency-notes or bank-notes. -
Whoever sells to, or buys or receives from
diary, prima facie disclosing
involvement of the petitioner in dealing with counterfeit currency notes, we are of the
opinion that this
involvement of the petitioner in the alleged
possession and dealing in counterfeit currency notes, that is 160
pieces of FICNs of denomination
facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the alleged
dealing in counterfeit currency notes of 1197 pieces of Rs.500/-
each and 199 pieces
accused persons in the alleged joint possession of 16 pieces of
counterfeit currency notes, we are not inclined to grant bail to
the petitioners
