Therefore, we direct the Joint Committee to ascertain
this report that as per
Regulation 8.III.CRZ-III (iii) (1) of CRZ Notification, 2011, the setting up
of fish drying yards is permissible ... demolished being in
violation of Regulation 8.III.CRZ-III (iii) (1) of CRZ Notification, 2011.
Therefore, we direct the Joint Committee to ascertain
irregularities
vis a vis construction of the said resort within CRZ-III i.e.
No Development Zone, made a make-believe
arrangement with Sadanand Kadam ... well as construction therein as the said land fell into CRZ-
III i.e. No Development Zone as per the coastal map.
