"property". Section 105 A (c) defines "proceeds of crime" as under:
"(c) "proceeds ... activity (including crime
involving currency transfers) or the value of any such property;"
[21.1] Section 105 A (d) defines "property" as under
demonetization into new high denomination currency
and has obtained proceeds of crime in the form of new
high denomination currency notes ... pleased to take cognizance of
the offence of money laundering as defined under
Section 3 and punishable under Section 4 of the
Prevention of Money
