respondent no. 5 passed an order accompanied by a calculation of
damage rent. The petitioner alleges that his grievance was not
considered by the respondents ... damage rent. And, therefore, after deducting the amount already
paid by way of rent the damage rent payable by the petitioner has
been quantified

to pay the assessed amount of damage rent for unauthorized
occupation of Railway quarters within a period of six weeks ... damage rent in terms of circulars
