Chhau dance programme at 12:00 P.M. Fagu Bodra was assaulted
with Lathi by Sukhu Sardar ... others were also dancing.
11. P.W.7 (Daso Sardar) has deposed that he had also
participated in the dance programme. He had not seen
marriage. According to him, they had gone to watch a dance
programme there from where at 3 O'clock they left together for
their ... there. At about 3 o'clock in the morning, the dance
programme ended whereafter according to him, the deceased
and the accused persons together
along with his friends had gone to Parsudih for watching a
dance programme. There they had visited a drinking place and were
enjoying drinks (Hadia ... friends have
thereafter left the place and gone to the dance programme. After about half
an hour they came back to the drinking place again
along
with her family members went to watch dance programme in the Ind
mela Bazartand, Konmenjara. While the informant alongwith her
acquainted friend, namely, Manoj
occasion of marriage ceremony, some
Barat party have arranged dancing programme. Meanwhile, petitioners
along with others started assaulting the Barati party and scuffle took
place

of occurrence the villagers assembled for seeing the programme
of Chhou dance (NÅ u`R;), also arrived hearing the hallah.
Cr. Appeal ... hearing hallah, villagers arrived, as there was a Chhau dance
programme in the village. It is further stated that Dhaniram was

that on 03.11.2004, on the
occasion of Sohrai festival, a dance programme was organized in village
Tarawoga, Deepatoli where informant's daughter aged about
September, 2011 on the occasion of Ganesh Pooja, the dance
programme was going on at Domuhani Basti, Somari and for
watching the programme, the informant ... Karmkar and others persons of basti had gone to
watch the dance programme on the occasion of Ganesh Pooja.
Having been pleased from the dance
deposed that she was sleeping while the song
and dance programme was going on at a distance of 200 yards from her house
and Upar
night there
was an orchestra programme on the occasion of Durga Puja, in which his son
had also started dancing in rhythm during the dance ... altercation between the deceased and the
