increments in pay means that no further increments shall be sanctioned till the increments due become greater than the personal pay, and thereafter, increments ... next increment in the revised pay scale under sub-rule (ii) above and thereby becomes eligible for higher pay than his senior whose next increment
reads when translated in English thus:
"9. Date of next increment in the revised pay
structure-
There will be a uniform date of annual ... granted on
1.7.2006 for those employees for whom the date of next
increment was between 1st July, 2006 to 31 December, 2006.
Provided that
office memorandum dated 19.3.2012,
which refers to Central Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules,

9. The contention of the petitioner
date of increment
was fixed on 01.06.2005. On that day, `150/- was released as
periodical increment and another increment `150/- was enhanced
as promotional increment ... next increment of the petitioner was on 01.07.2006. After
giving him an increment of `650/-, his basic pay stood at `22110/-
on the date

normal annual increment or stagnation increment after

increment is granted whether normal annual increment or
stagnation increment after 01.01.2005, no increment will
seen from the order dated 18-20th August, 1993. The
said order even state that the next date of increment

15 date of next increment indicates i.e. 1st January,
1988. Thus, it clearly appears that the petitioner
from
12th June, 2011. It was also provided that the next
date of increment would be July, 2012. Thus, the
pay of the petitioner came ... 2800/- with effect
from 12.6.2011.
21. The next date of increment in case of the
petitioner was due in July
days pending inquiry as
'suspension' and therefore, postponing date of next
increment accordingly has been questioned by petitioner
before this Court. Advocate Shri ... misconceived. Petitioners next 3 increments have been
witheld permanently and date of next increment has been
postponed as period of suspension pending inquiry has
been
same stage as the substantive pay.
