In Sessions Case No.187 of 1999 on the file ... parents and to secretly and wrongfully
confine her to commit rape and gang rape on her and to sell her
to other accused
Court has reiterated
the procedure to be followed in the case of rape and recording
the statement of the victim which reads as follows ... which he
learnt about the commission of the offence of rape and the
date and time at which he took the victim to the
Metropolitan
above crime challenging the order in CMP
No. 312/2016 dated 21/1/2016 by which the accused was
granted bail ... 7238/2015 that
the story of rape appears to be artificial was made on the date
when MC filed by the accused came
years prior
to the date of submission of the FIS/FIR on 14.6.2011, the
said incident of rape has taken place in Gonikuppa Village ... quashing of the offence under Section 376
(rape) as the incident had occurred long prior to the date of
registration of the crime. The said
