serving as Deputy Central Intelligence Officers (DCIO/Tech-WT)
(hereinafter referred to as DCIO) since 01.11.2011, to the post ... year 2013.
2. The respondents were promoted as Deputy Central Intelligence
Officer (DCIO/Tech-WT) in the Intelligence Bureau with effect from
01.07.2011 from
that case, the original applicants were
serving as Deputy Central Intelligence Officers (DCIO/Tech-WT) in the
Intelligence Bureau. The next promotional post was that ... promotion to the post of AD Tech could be made from amongst
DCIO/Tech-WT with five years service in the grade, failing which DCIO
defense that he was prevented from attending duty by
Shri P. Venkateswarlu, DCIO, Palanpur who prevented him to sign the
attendance register and also brought
place Roorkee, the respondents got the matter
verified at that place. The DCIO, SIB, Roorkee submitted a report
stating that the applicant was healthy ... drawn attention to a noting dated
10 June 2011 by DCIO, Roorkee, following a field enquiry, in which
