1957 "). Hence, the DDA has no jurisdiction to resolve contrary to Master

22. The DD Act, 1957 therefore, provides for the ten year development

Thus, any proceedings under the DLR Act could not have been
commenced after the declaration of the land ... itself.

manner of doubt that village

18. After modification in MPD, 2021 under Section 11A of the Delhi
Development Act, 1957 (DD Act ), vide notification dated ... matter of a
zonal plan issued under Section 11 of the DD Act, it is beyond the
purview of the DLR Act . Thus
section 64 of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972.
15. Section 64 of the Wild Life (Protection) Act,
1972 reads as under:-
