conversion. The complainant was advised by the OP to collect

consideration
towards
the conversion fee and Rs.200/- as a processing fee for conversion from lease
hold to free hold with the OP DDA. On

197 days to get the conversion accomplished.
There is obvious delay and consequent violation
moved an application in the office of the OP i.e. DDA for conversion of the perpetual sub-lease of an undivided share into freehold ... partition of the property for making arithmetical calculations of the conversion charges.
Charging conversion charges without making the notional partition of the property would amount
