21. It is submitted that the project as awarded to the plaintiff was de-
scoped ... de-scoped project was given at the risk and expense of the
plaintiff to another third party entity.
22. It is submitted that despite urgency

direct the Respondents to de-scope the residual works
(approximately 3-4%) from the original contractual scope under
