BSL had taken the decision of de-scoping your portion of the work
assigned under the contract and complete the same ... abundantly
clarify there is no prohibition on SAIL in de-scoping the work
originally assigned under your contractual obligations and/or
subsequent floating of tender

21. It is submitted that the project as awarded to the plaintiff was de-
