362. Abduction.—
Whoever by force compels, or by any deceitful means induces, any person to go from any place, is said to abduct
lawful guardian; or (b) by force compelled, or by any deceitful means induced to go from any place; or (c) is sold for the purpose

30. Learned Counsel contended that
that the girl was induced to go with the accused by deceitful means and these deceitful means were the subject-matter of the charge ... learned Assistant Sessions Judge was strongly of opinion that deceitful means were not used by the accused and acquitted him of cheating, he ought
hereunder :
