coercion, or Thirdly.— by abduction, or Fourthly.— by practising fraud, or deception, or Fifthly.— by abuse of power, or Sixthly.— by inducement, including the giving
unsoundness of mind or intoxication cannot, or that by reason of deception practised upon him, he does not know the contents of the document
said to “cheat”. Explanation.— A dishonest concealment of facts is a deception within the meaning of this section. Illustrations (a) A, by falsely pretending
right or rightful claim to such property or interest, or practices any deception touching any right to any property or any interest therein, intending thereby
provision of any service, adopts any unfair method or unfair or deceptive practice including any of the following practices, namely:— (1) the practice of making ... manufacture of spurious goods or offering such goods for sale or adopting deceptive practices in the provision of services. (2) Any reference in this
threat or use of force or other forms of coercion, abduction, fraud, deception, abuse of power or of a position, vulnerability or the giving
provision of any service, adopts any unfair method or unfair or deceptive practice including any of the following practices, namely:- (i) making any statement, whether ... manufacturing of spurious goods or offering such goods for sale or adopting deceptive practices in the provision of services; (vii) not issuing bill or cash
misleading in any material particular; or if the package is otherwise deceptive with respect to its contents; (h) if the package containing
course of trade, a mark which is identical with, or deceptively similar to, the trade mark in relation to goods or services in respect
protection of patents, trade marks and copyrights; (o) the prevention of deceptive practices; (p) the carrying on of foreign trade in any goods
