proprietor of the trade mark makes that trade mark or a deceptively similar mark; or (b) falsifies any genuine trade mark, whether by alteration, addition ... trade mark,- (a) applies such trade mark or a deceptively similar mark, to goods or any package containing goods; (b) uses any package bearing
course of trade, a mark, which is identical with, or deceptively similar to the certification trade mark in relation to any goods or services
authorised user of a geographical indication registered under section 17; (c) “deceptively similar” A geographical indication shall be deemed to be deceptively similar to another
other variety giving such variety, the denomination identical with or deceptively similar to the denomination of a variety registered under this Act in such manner
effect that no trademark identical with or deceptively similar to such artistic work, as sought to be registered as copyright under the Copyright
