5) Whether the workman becomes
disentitled to claim the special status as a
"protected workman" after criminal charges ... grant the status of protected
workman. If the workman fulfils the following conditions,
firstly, that he is a workman in the establishment, secondly
have declared five of those workmen as
"protected workmen". The union seeking special status as
"protected workmen" of his office bearers ... encourage

12. The reasoning
