tenant, if–
(a) such tenant is a permanent tenant
thereof and cultivates land personally;
(b) such tenant is not a permanent
tenant but cultivates ... tenant under

22. Section 32C permits the tenants entitled to
choose lands to be purchased. Section 32D
contemplates when tenants are deemed
provides for the State
Government or Government allottee to become a deemed tenant of
premises requisitioned or continued under requisition as on 7
December ... that the State Government
or Government allottee would become a "deemed tenant" for the
purposes of the Rent Control Act provided that
said Laxmiben was a deemed tenant, protected tenant or
