JUDGMENT
1. By this judgment, I shall dispose of the suit filed ... Rupees One Lakh Only) towards
damages on account of defamation, harassment and mental
torture.
CASE OF THE PLAINTIFF

agony, harassment, defamation and put to loss for the future prospects as
the impugned order ... other head claimed was damages on account of mental
agony, harassment, defamation and loss of profession amounting to
Rs.75,00,000/-.
