first examined
whether the Opposite Parties are covered under the definition of 'enterprise' in
terms of section 2(h) of the Act before ... therefore, are not covered within the definition of enterprise. As per the DG
report, the nature of activities performed by the Opposite Party
fall within the purview of the definition of an „enterprise‟ under
section 2(h) of the Act.
10. The investigation and analysis was carried ... profit society and is not covered under the definition of „enterprise‟,
