Deity is public in nature being worshiped by the villagers ... immovable properties. The Sevayats are possessing
the immovable properties of the Deity and performing the Nitikanti.
B) Recently, the Sebayats started construction of permanent
structures
Bije at Adhanga, district-Jagatsinghpur (defendant
No.1) (for short, 'the deity'). The then Managing Trustee of the deity,
Sri Harekrushna Tripathy sold ... possession in the remarks
column. On 04.12.1995, the Managing Trustee of the deity filed a
petition under Section 25 of the OHRE Act for recovery
name of the Petitioner as an under-raiyat under deity Sri
Raghunath Jew Bije at Paikapadapatna under the said tahasil.
