that amongst the changes suggested in the said letter are deletion of objectionable scenes at number of pages. From the certificate dated 2nd September ... recovered from the Scene of Occurrence, were subjected for forensic
examination. The forensic report confirmed that there was no deletion,

that particular call record. It is seen that 25 items seized from the scene of
occurrence submitted to the concerned
case. They examined other witnesses and examined the scene of
offence. A-2 name was deleted from the charge sheet as none
supported the case

5. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would
submit that
