said doctor, the third appellant was under the
ailment of delusional disorder and she was unable to know the
consequences of her acts ... time of the said incident,
on account of her delusional disorder.
24. The literature on the subject 'delusional disorder'
indicates that normally

was diagnosed as `likely to be suffering from Persistent Delusional
Disorder'. Some drugs were also prescribed and follow up advised ... Medical Board
which states that the patient was suffering from `Persistent Delusional
Disorder like condition'. He was discharged on 16.11.2006 on anti
psychotic medication
claimed that the present appellant is suffering from 'Persistent
Delusional Disorder', which contradicts the allegations of the
respondent/petitioner that the present appellant ... examined and in our opinion, he is
suffering from Persistent Delusional Disorder and he
needs further admission and treatment as an indoor
patient."
Therefore

the appellant is suffering from mental disorder viz.,
'Delusional Disorder'. The primary symptoms of the disorder
are suspicious in nature ... stating that the plaintiff is suffering from Delusional
Disorder. The said certificates were issued by the doctor on
the instructions of defendant

disorder, viz., 'Delusional Disorder'. The primary

delusional disorder. The said delusional disorder is an illness
which causes mental imbalance ... accepted by other members of the society. A person
suffering from delusional disorder as the name suggests is

their part, and the complainant had the problem of serious delusional disorder (Psychiatric illness) and that he required treatment for the same which ... complainant. The complainant has a case that he had no delusional disorder; it is his bound and duty to adduce evidence on his side

psychotic state (delusional disorder) and required long term supervision for
