that the draft was lost in transit and therefore, they requested to respondent No.3 State Bank of Patiala to issue another draft ... stop payment advice, the appellant bank paid the amount of the lost demand draft to the account "U.P. Cooperative Federation Limited", which
have
procured a new demand draft from the Institute on the ground that
the first demand draft has been lost and the payment thereof ... complainant to have a second demand draft.
8. It is the admitted case of the parties that the demand draft

the amount to the account of respondent no.1. Before issuing the

7. Learned State Commission observed that complainant lost five demand drafts, Identity card issued by the Secretary-General of Lok Sabha, Driving Licence ... complainant could not prove any loss due to loss of five demand drafts.
9. In the light of above discussion, appeal is to be allowed
service but amounts to unfair trade practice who issued the same demand
draft to two different persons. The complainant therefore, requested ... that the complainant informed them on 14.06.2007

duplicate demand draft
