about the loss of the demand draft and requested for the issue of
a duplicate demand draft. The opposite
party vide their letter dated ... issuing duplicate demand draft. The Ombudsman came to the conclusion that the
original demand draft was paid and as such duplicate demand draft cannot
demand draft, the bank on which the said demand draft was drawn or about the person in whose favour the said demand draft was taken ... taken such a demand draft for Rs.25,000/-. So, the case of the complainant that he had kept a demand draft

respondent got the demand drafts and made use of those

by the said Bhora Branch sometime in July
confirmation of issuance of draft by fax message. By this memo it is evident that the demand
